All orders are considered final once they are submitted.
We maintain a strict no-cancellation, no-refund policy.
For made-to-order or customizable pieces (including adjustments to length, color, or other specifications), we do not offer exchanges.
Any customization requests must be communicated to our customer care team before placing your order. These requests are subject to approval and material availability. Once an order has been confirmed, it immediately enters production and can no longer be modified.
If a customer does not accept delivery or collect their order within 90 days from the shipping date, the order will be treated as forfeited. Atelier Sidra reserves the right to repurpose, resell, or dispose of the item at its discretion. Any deposit or full payment made will be non-refundable.
If you require minor adjustments after receiving your order (such as altering the length), please contact client care within 7 days of delivery. Should your request be approved, the item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and any applicable customs charges related to the alteration.
Please note: Atelier Sidra is not obligated to accept alteration or exchange requests once an order has been placed. Such requests will only be accommodated when possible and at the discretion of the brand.
